Our Founder Xavier Prabhu is a pioneer of “Personal branding” in India speaking about it at a conference in Goa to an assembly of Indian marketing and comms folks as far back as 2012. He chose consciously to develop it as a team driven model breaking with the prevalent model of it being inundated with those who put their face upfront and as the primary value generator. Xavier strongly believes that for personal branding to be really effective and deliver value, it needs to sustained, long-term and focused. And however good or brilliant an individual is, it will still be difficult for them to deliver the same consistently over a period of time. We have since supported close to 40 senior professionals (entrepreneurs, CXOs, investment bankers, investors, etc.) across US, India and Singapore in the last few years.
